This notice is provided in accordance with California Civil Code § 827 and the statewide Tenant Protection Act (AB 1482), and satisfies the required notice period based on the size of this increase:

• At least 30 days' written notice for an increase of 10% or less of the lowest rent charged in the prior 12 months.
• At least 90 days' written notice for an increase greater than 10%.

All other terms of your lease remain unchanged.
